Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MyDae (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. MyDae is operated by Agyeman Enterprises.
2. Beta disclaimer
MyDae is currently in beta. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or productivity during the beta period.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (b) use the Service to store or transmit illegal content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data; (d) resell or sublicence the Service without written permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, and data you create in MyDae. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. We will never sell or share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Third-party integrations
Connecting Google, Microsoft, Zoom, or Slack is subject to those providers' own terms of service. We are not responsible for their availability or data practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agyeman Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data or lost productivity.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We will notify users by email and in-app banner at least 14 days before material changes to these terms take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana, unless local law requires otherwise.
