Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
MyDae collects only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address and password (stored hashed), the tasks and notes you create, calendar event data you choose to sync, and basic usage telemetry (page views, errors) to improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to operate MyDae: authenticate your session, render your tasks and calendar, and power AI features (Aki) that help you plan your day. AI processing uses anonymised summaries — your raw task text is never sent to third-party AI providers without your explicit action.
3. Third-party integrations
When you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, or Slack, you grant MyDae read/write access to those services under the OAuth scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time from your Settings → Integrations page or directly through the third-party provider's security settings.
4. Data storage and security
All data is stored in a secure database hosted within the EU. Connections are encrypted with TLS 1.3. Passwords are never stored in plaintext. We follow industry-standard security practices and conduct regular access reviews.
5. Data retention and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → General. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate usage statistics are retained indefinitely.
6. Cookies
MyDae uses a single session cookie for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. We do not use third-party analytics platforms that set their own cookies on your device.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We will notify users by email and in-app banner at least 14 days before any material changes to this policy take effect.
